The Ohio All-State Games are a special event that takes place at the end of each season (August 8, 2026 – Marion, OH) to recognize players who have been recognized and nominated throughout the year for outstanding sportsmanship, attitude, and teamwork.

Teams receive nominations based on the following:

• On a sliding scale for every Ohio USSSA event. 1st place gets 5 selections, 2nd place gets 4 selections, 3rd/4th gets 3 selections, and the remaining teams get 2 selections.
• Coming in the fall of 2025 – Select All-State nomination events with special perks for the nominees.

Players who receive MVP awards at select events or are nominated from tournament placement and register and play in the event will:

• Receive an individualized invitation to the All-State Event.
• Be tagged on the All-State Games page under Nominees.
• Be eligible to attend the National All-State Games in Viera, FL – Dec 28-31, 2026, at USSSA Space Coast Complex.

The Ohio All State Games takes place the weekend of August 8-9,2026. Previous events have featured the following:

• Equipment Raffles.
• Skill’s Challenges featuring fastest pitch and HR derby.
• All-Star Games in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
• Participants receive special All-State “swag” including a custom event jersey, All State bag tag, All State wristband, All-State ring, and certificate of achievement from our state director.

$100 payable before June 30, 2026. After July 1, 2026, entry fee will go up to $125 payable until July 20, 2026. There are no refunds after July 20, 2026.

$10 daily parking fee for all entrants.

Good afternoon and welcome to the Ohio USSSA/All-State Games – August 8, 2026, in Marion, OH.

I wanted to drop a quick update for the event. The event information is located here. This is also the official page and would be any updates to the event would be uploaded: 2026 Ohio USSSA-All State Games

Here are a couple of items to think about:

1. The APP is not much help with these types of events: Since this is considered an individual event, the USSSA APP does not help much as it will not pick up the spreadsheet, schedule links, or field map links. It will help with push notices and updates on the event like weather, bat raffle winner, and hopefully the Leaderboard will display the skills leaders/winners. The app is set up for team events, and the individual events do not feed into it correctly.
2. Teams are finalized: Follow the page link: 2026 Ohio USSSA All-State Games. Click on the spreadsheet, then the tabs at the bottom of the page to see how the teams are set up. The link to the team schedule is here: Team Schedules i.e. red v. green, etc. If you do not see your player on a team, reach out to me immediately so we can get them on a team.
3. Coaches will be reaching out to their teams: Participants are to wear uniform pants and a t-shirt or team jersey. Color of pants or socks does not matter. They will get the event jersey to wear prior to the games and warmups. Catchers will need gear as we do not have any to share. The event jersey makes great spirit wear if the player decides to go on to Fl in December.
4. RVBFY-Marion Housekeeping items: There is no RV parking on the RVBFY lot. There is a senior center across the highway if you want to bring campers, but none permitted on RVBFY premises. There are NO PETS PERMITTED ON SITE AT ALL! Only bona-fide service dogs with appropriate markings/collars are permitted. This is not negotiable! No alcohol is permitted to be brought on site at all. Violators will be asked to leave the premises! Remember that this is a youth event!
5. RVBFY uses sponsor names for their fields instead of numbers. Click here for a map of the fields at the complex: RVBFY Fields.
6. RVBFY does charge a $10-per-car admission charge: This goes back into park improvements. The main gate outside will open up at 8:30 am. Please plan accordingly. There are no refunds of parking fees if weather rears its ugly head like it has all summer.
7. Pre-Ordered Shirts: These can be picked up at the Pavillion to the left of the concession stand. These can be picked up starting at 8:30 am. There will be a small number of t-shirts for sale in case someone got left out. After that, there is a link to order After Event Merchandise-click here. This is a different color than offered in the pre-order and sent by a third-party vendor and names on the back are not offered.
8. Skills Challenges:  We have finalized the skills challenges. The final events will be posted on the event page shortly.  Those will be held on Herbs, Hill, & Fahey fields which are the fields to the immediate left when you pull into the complex or across from the large pavilion. These will start up around 10 am and last until 2 pm. The home run derby (last year’s big hit) will take place on Hill’s field. There are no set times for the age groups. You can participate prior to or after your games.
9. Equipment Raffles: We will have our bat raffle which this year will feature the winner’s choice of any current bat on the market shipped to your door. Tickets will be $10 each or 3 tickets for $20 for a bat that retails over $499.95 online.
10. Participant showing up rules: If you decide not to show up for the event, the items due to your athlete are YOUR responsibility. I am willing to ship items but need the shipping fees sent to me via Venmo. I use Pirate Ship so usually it is less than UPS or USPS to ship the merchandise. You can also arrange to have the items picked up by a teammate that morning, but I need to be notified in advance so there are not misunderstandings or mistakes in getting the swag!
11. Weather Updates: Those will be updated on the weather app we use for regular events. There is a link on the page for Rain Out Line which would be updated by 7:30 am on August 8, 2026. I will not update if we have had no weather the night before or that morning. Early forecasts look okay so hopefully they stay that way. Unfortunately, if we get rained out there is no make-up date. With almost every organization all running tryouts thru out the month of August, there would be no date to make this up on. If a total rainout were to occur, the athlete can still pick up their gear and also still be eligible to attend the National All-State Games in December in FL.

All players who have paid for the Ohio USSSA All-State games event are now eligible for our National All-State Games in Viera, FL the week of Dec 27-31, 2026. Those reminders/invitations will generate from our National Office staff responsible for hosting the event and usually start up the Monday or Tuesday after our local event runs. Ohio has had the largest participation of all of the Great Lake’s states the past two seasons. Team Ohio has also had a couple of teams win their age group at the National event. The feedback we get from participants is it is well run and a once-in-lifetime event for these young ladies and it beats sitting at home in the cold during the week after Christmas! The registration/invitation will make it official, but you can go ahead and start to plan now.
