EVENT DETAILS

This event is our inaugural Southwestern Ohio – St. Jude Swing-4-the-Kids event. This event is open to 8u-C, 10u-C, 12u-C, and 14u-C teams. Join in the fun on the newly turfed fields at Warren County Armco Park.

Format: 10u/12u/14u age groups will feature 3 Friday/Saturday pool seeding games into Sunday single-elim bracket play. There could also be some cross-over pool games or one large pool if numbers dictate. 8u-coach-pitch will feature 2 pool games seeding into Sunday single-elim bracket play.

Awards: Top 2 teams in each division will pick up individual medals with team awards. Awards will consist of 12 champion and 12 finalist medals. If we have more than 12 teams in an age division, we will add 3rd place team and individual awards as well. Team awards may be a plaque or team banner.

Merchandise: There will be a merchandise pre-order for the event consisting of t-shirts. There may be a few items onsite for sale as well consisting of tournament merchandise and other items. After the event, teams will have the option to purchase customized champions merchandise shipped directly from UTP.

$6 daily gate fee.

There is a $6 daily gate fee. Friday/Saturday are considered the same day.

A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. Look for other ways to contribute to the cause closer to the event.
