Event DetailsSOH – State Tournament – May 30-31, 2026, Tom Cloud Park – Huber Heights, OH.
This event is open to 12u-B, 12u-C, & 14u-B teams.
Event Info: This event will feature 3 Sat pool games seeding into a Sunday Single-Elim bracket. We can take a max of 40 teams in the event. We may be able to expand a couple of age groups if the pick-up in another is slower.
Additional Information: We are splitting the 14u bracket into Gold and Silver for Sunday. Gold bracket is playing for rings and Team Awards for the top 2. Silver is playing for finalist medals.
Awards: Champion and runner-up will pick up to 12 USSSA State Rings along with a team award for each team. Team awards are typically a team plaque or banner. We may do Gold/Silver Sunday brackets if we get to 16 or more teams in a division. If not, then we will award 3rd place medals if between 12-15 teams in an age division.
Additional Info: This event is also a USSSA National Championship qualifier for the top two finishing teams with an unpaid berth to a USSSA National Championship of their choice. Points Race Info: This event earns team points in our National/State Points Race-for-the-Rings program. This program is a state, regional, and national program that uses the USSSA point system to determine the winners of these custom rings. Ohio All-State Games: Teams also get to nominate players for our All-State Games August 8, 2026, in Marion. OH. The top team will have 5 selections, then runner-up will have 4, 3rd place will have 3 each and the remaining teams will have 2 player nominations. NOTE: YOUR SPOT IS THE EVENT IS NOT SECURE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. ALL PAYMENTS ARE LISTED PRICE-NO DISCOUNTS FOR VENMO OR CHECK. ENTRY FEE DEADLINE IS 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. AT THE 21 DAY MARK, TEAMS WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE EVENT.Ways to pay for your entry fee into DES/Ohio USSSA FP Events:- Pay with a credit card thru the USSSA website under your manager profile.

Southern State: Event Details
SOH - State Tournament - May 29-31, 2026, Tom Cloud Park - Huber Heights, OH.
This event is open to 10u-B/C, 12u-B/C, 13u-B/C, 14u-B/C, & 16u B/C teams. If we do not get a minimum of 6 teams in the 13u, the division will be combined with the 14u division. There is a strong possibility of Friday afternoon/evening games. We may use an additional park as overflow and will notify teams in advance. There will be a prepaid parking fee of $125 for the weekend that is due before the event.
