Additional Note8th Annual Super 48 Event Details:
Huge Attention Items: All rosters for the event will freeze at 9 pm on Friday – July 10, 2026. There will be no roster add-ons after this point. If you are somehow able to add a player to your roster during the event and it brought to a tournament officials’ attention, your team will be disqualified from the event with no event or pre-order refunds. That will be the roster policy for 2026.
Pool Play Schedule Update: There are three teams playing a 4th pool-play game, 1 each in 16u-B/C, 14u-B, & 12u-C divisions. The 4th game will only count in the standings for their opponent. However, if the two teams playing that 4th game are tied in the standings, the head-to-head game comes into play for positioning tie-breaks.
RVBFY Complex-Housekeeping items: Pets are NOT permitted. No alcohol is permitted to be brought on site at all. Violators will be asked to leave the premises! Remember that this is a youth event! Campers are not permitted anywhere on the property. This is not a campground! RVBFY does permit coolers, etc. but no grills are permitted! Restrooms are indoor and located by the concession area. There will be some fields empty to warm up on, and they are first come-first served. Teams are responsible for their equipment. “Lost and found” items will be left at the concession stand as RVBFY does operate during weekdays with league play.
Team Check in: There will be a rep at the pavilion near the concession stand area. Look for the USSSA Tent. The rep will be Paul. This is where you can pick up pre-ordered shirts also. Please check in right away and pick up/inspect your team pre-order before starting your first game. You will need your roster online and a copy of your team insurance to show at check in. If you have insurance through USSSA, then you do not need to show it but still be courteous and check in, so the TD knows you are there. Brackets and scores will be only posted online.

If the player is not currently on a USSSA roster, then that is considered a roster addition, and the player is to be added. The guest player system shuts down 3 hours before the first start time of the event (Sat morning by 5 am). Also, all player additions on the roster by then.
