Event DetailsSOH – State Tournament – May 29-31, 2026, Tom Cloud Park – Huber Heights, OH.
This event is open to 10u-B/C, 12u-B/C, 13u-B/C, 14u-B/C, & 16u B/C teams. If we do not get a minimum of 6 teams in the 13u, the division will be combined with the 14u division. There is a strong possibility of Friday afternoon/evening games. We may use an additional park as overflow and will notify teams in advance. There will be a prepaid parking fee of $125 for the weekend that is due before the event.
Event Info: This event will feature 3 Fri/Sat pool games seeding into a Sunday Single-Elim bracket. We can take a max of 40 teams in the event. We may be able to expand a couple of age groups if the pick-up in another is slower.
Awards: Champion and runner-up will pick up to 12 USSSA State Rings along with a team award for each team. Team awards are typically a team plaque or banner. We normally also award 3rd place medals if more than 12 teams enter an age group.
Additional Info: This event is also a USSSA National Championship qualifier for the top two finishing teams with an unpaid berth to a USSSA National Championship of their choice. Points Race Info: This event earns team points in our National/State Points Race-for-the-Rings program. This program is a state, regional, and national program that uses the USSSA point system to determine the winners of these custom rings. Ohio All-State Games: Teams also get to nominate players for our All-State Games August 8, 2026, in Marion. OH. The top team will have 5 selections, then runner-up will have 4, 3rd place will have 3 each and the remaining teams will have 2 player nominations. NOTE: YOUR SPOT IS THE EVENT IS NOT SECURE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. ALL PAYMENTS ARE LISTED PRICE-NO DISCOUNTS FOR VENMO OR CHECK. ENTRY FEE DEADLINE IS 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
