Event DetailsNEOH – Inaugural Armed Forces/Salute-2-Service Classic – May 16-17, 2026 – Gracie Fields – Rootstown, OH
This event is our inaugural NEOH/Armed Forces|Salute-2-Service Classic. This event is open to 10u-B/C, 12u-B/C, and 14u-B/C divisions.
Event Info: This event will feature 4 pool games seeding into a Sunday Single-Elim bracket. We can take a max of 8 teams total in each division.
Awards: Champion and runner-up will pick up to 12 USSSA Military Medals along with a team award for each team. Team awards are typically a team plaque or banner. We normally also award 3rd place medals if more than 12 teams enter an age group.
Additional Info: This event is also a USSSA National Championship qualifier for the top two finishing teams with an unpaid berth to a USSSA National Championship of their choice. Points Race Info: This event earns team points in our National/State Points Race-for-the-Rings program. This program is a state, regional, and national program that uses the USSSA point system to determine the winners of these custom rings. Ohio All-State Games: Teams also get to nominate players for our All-State Games August 8, 2026, in Marion. OH. The top team will have 5 selections, then runner-up will have 4, 3rd place will have 3 each and the remaining teams will have 2 player nominations. NOTE: YOUR SPOT IS THE EVENT IS NOT SECURE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. ALL PAYMENTS ARE LISTED PRICE-NO DISCOUNTS FOR VENMO OR CHECK. ENTRY FEE DEADLINE IS 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. AT THE 21 DAY MARK, TEAMS WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE EVENT.Ways to pay for your entry fee into DES/Ohio USSSA FP Events:- Pay with a credit card thru the USSSA website under your manager profile.

AdmissionThere is a prepaid team parking charge of $75.
Fee is payable online at the USSSA website for $79, with Venmo (@ohiousssa-22, notate team name and event) for $75 prior to the event. The fee is $125-cash if paid the day of the event onsite.

Gate/Parking Fee: There is a $75 prepaid gate/parking fee. Teams can pay it online thru the USSSA website for $80, $75 using Venmo to @ohiousssa-22. Please notate team name and what payment is for. Or pay $125-cash on the day of the event at check-in.
