Event DetailsEOH: Five-in-the-Spring – April 25-26 – Riverside Park – Zanesville, OH
This is our 5th annual EOH Five-in-the-Spring event. We will offer 10u-B, 10u-C, 12u-B & 12u-C divisions. Note: If the 10u-B division does not get 6 or more teams, we will combine it with the 10u-C division and potentially do gold/silver brackets.
Event Info: This event will feature 4 pool games seeding into a Sunday Single-Elim bracket. We can take a max of 8 teams in each age group.
Awards: Champion and runner-up will pick up to 12 USSSA Medals along with a team award for each team. Team awards are typically a team plaque or banner. We normally also award 3rd place medals if more than 12 teams enter an age group.
Additional Info: This event is also a USSSA National Championship qualifier for the top two finishing teams with an unpaid berth to a USSSA National Championship of their choice. Points Race Info: This event earns team points in our National/State Points Race-for-the-Rings program. This program is a state, regional, and national program that uses the USSSA point system to determine the winners of these custom rings. Ohio All-State Games: Teams also get to nominate players for our All-State Games August 8, 2026, in Marion. OH. The top team will have 5 selections, then runner-up will have 4, 3rd place will have 3 each and the remaining teams will have 2 player nominations. NOTE: YOUR SPOT IS THE EVENT IS NOT SECURE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. ALL PAYMENTS ARE LISTED PRICE-NO DISCOUNTS FOR VENMO OR CHECK. ENTRY FEE DEADLINE IS 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. AT THE 21 DAY MARK, TEAMS WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE EVENT.Ways to pay for your entry fee into DES/Ohio USSSA FP Events:- Pay with a credit card thru the USSSA website under your manager profile.
- Snail mail to Double Eagle Sports – PO Box 2283 – Westerville, OH. 43086. Must be paid three weeks in advance to keep spot.
- Venmo to @ohiousssa-22. Notate event and date paying for in comment section.

AdmissionThere is a $10-daily/$15-weekend parking fee this weekend at Riverside. Cash or Venmo is accepted.
If inclement weather cancels a partial or full day of the event, this will not result in any refunds if you bought a weekend gate pass. There is the option to purchase daily or the weekend, you will have a choice.
