Event DetailsA few notes for the good of the group:
- No games on Friday. Games will begin Saturday, October 26th at 8:30 AM.
- Anticipated last game times for Saturday:
- 8U: 3:10 PM
- 10U: 3:10 PM
- 12U: 1:50 PM
- 14U: 3:10 PM
- 16U: 4:30 PM
- Bracket play:
- Bracket play for 10U, 12U, and 14U will begin at 8:30 AM on Sunday.
- Tournament details:
- 8U and 16U divisions are one-day tournaments on Saturday (8U – 3 games guaranteed, 16U – 4 games guaranteed).
- Our largest age group, the 10U division will play between two parks, Thompson and Fancyburg, and we have made efforts to minimize trips and consider travel time (2.5 miles).
- Games will be 65 minutes for pool play, 70 minutes for bracket play, and 75 minutes for finals.
- 16U games will be held at the Upper Arlington High School JV (dirt) and Varsity (turf) fields.
- Thompson Field 3 has a small pitcher’s mound for baseball. We play with this field, each Halloween tournament and 9 summer tournaments prior to that. Simply a heads up.

- Upper Arlington High School Varsity Field, 2863 Brandon Road (16U)
- Note:Â Some addresses provided are the official address of the location. Others are provided to guide you to that location regarding parking.
- Costume contest:
- On Saturday, we encourage everyone to play in costume!
- Players will need to have an identifiable number, on their costume and/or a number written on their arm will suffice. We simply need to be able to identify the number of each player if needed.
- There will be a costume contest with one winner in each age group.
- A QR code will be provided on Saturday so family and friends can vote.
- Voting will close at 1pm on Saturday and the team in each age group with the most votes will win.
- Teams will wear their normal team uniforms on Sunday.
- Parking & fees:
- There will be no parking, admission, or gate fees.
- Parking will be available on the surrounding neighborhood streets of Upper Arlington.
- Food & shirts:
- Food trucks will be on-site for your convenience.
- Tournament t-shirt pre-order information will be sent out soon.

NOTE: YOUR SPOT IS THE EVENT IS NOT SECURE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. ALL PAYMENTS ARE LISTED PRICE-NO DISCOUNTS FOR VENMO OR CHECK. ENTRY FEE DEADLINE IS 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. AT THE 21 DAY MARK, TEAMS WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE EVENT.Ways to pay for your entry fee into DES/Ohio USSSA FP Events:- Pay with a credit card thru the USSSA website under your manager profile.
