NOTE: YOUR SPOT IS THE EVENT IS NOT SECURE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. ALL PAYMENTS ARE LISTED PRICE-NO DISCOUNTS FOR VENMO OR CHECK. ENTRY FEE DEADLINE IS 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. AT THE 21 DAY MARK, TEAMS WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE EVENT.Ways to pay for your entry fee into DES/Ohio USSSA FP Events:- Pay with a credit card thru the USSSA website under your manager profile.
- Snail mail to Double Eagle Sports – PO Box 2283 – Westerville, OH. 43086. Must be paid three weeks in advance to keep spot.
- Venmo to @ohiousssa-22. Notate event and date paying for in comment section.

AdmissionBerliner Park charges a $5 daily parking fee for all automobiles. Campers are $15 daily and have to be parked in the Gary Ogle lot in front of fields 1-5. Overnight camping is not permitted. This charge is for everyone who enters the complex including coaches
The parking charge goes back into park improvements like the turf infield surface the athletes get to play on each weekend. USSSA has no control over gate or parking fee policies of the host complex.
