EVENT DETAILS

This event is our 8th annual Central Ohio/Wins-4-Warriors event. Traditionally, there are Friday evening games as this is the first of our “Summer” events. Whenever possible, we try to schedule as many teams as possible that are closer to the venue in those Friday games and typically for 2 games Fri evening, when possible, then a later Sat afternoon game unless an early Sat game is requested.

Format: All divisions will feature 3 Friday/Saturday pool seeding games into Sunday single-elim bracket play. There could be some cross-over pool games or one large pool if numbers dictate. These guarantees are always weather permitting.

Awards: Top 2 teams in each division will pick up individual W-4-W rings with team awards. Awards will consist of 12 champion and 12 finalist rings. If we have more than 12 teams in an age division, we will add 3rd place team and individual awards as well. Team awards may be a plaque or team banner.

Merchandise: There will be a merchandise pre-order for the event consisting of t-shirts and hoodies. There may be a few items onsite for sale as well consisting of tournament merchandise and other items. After the event, teams will have the option to purchase customized champions merchandise from UTP.

Parking at Whitehall in the main lot is $5 daily. This is administered by Whitehall Parks & Recreation Dept and not USSSA.

Gate fee at Sparta is $10-daily/$15-weekend children under 18 free and up to 3 coaches admitted free also.

Gate fee is cash or Venmo at Sparta. Parking fee is cash only at Whitehall and for everyone including coaches.

NOTE: 14u-B & 16u B/C Divisions will be played at Sparta-Highland Community Park in Sparta, OH. There may be a gate charge for those teams. Highland Community Park does have 2 turf fields, so no metal cleats on those fields. Plenty of warm up space, home run fencing at 200′, concessions, and indoor bathrooms.
