Event DetailsEvent Info: There will be a costume contest for each age group. This event is a benefit for the UA Golden Gloves organization.
Saturday only event for 8u-Cp & 9u teams. We can take a max of 12 teams combined. Format will be 2 pool games seeding into a single-elim bracket. These divisions are $368 entry fee.
Weekend event for 10u, 12u, & 14u Class C Teams. We can take a max of 24 teams combined. Format will be 3 Saturday pool games seeding into Sunday single-elim bracket play. These divisions are $499 entry fee.
Awards: Champion and runner-up will pick up to 12 USSSA Rings along with a team award for each team. If we get 12 teams in a division, then there will be 3rd place medals for both of those teams along with a team award.
Additional Info: This event is also a USSSA National Championship qualifier for the top two finishing teams with an unpaid berth to a USSSA National Championship of their choice. Points Race Info: This event earns team points in our Points Race-for-the-Rings program. This program is a state, regional, and national program that uses the USSSA point system to determine the winners of these custom rings. Ohio All-State Games: Teams also get to nominate players for our All-State Games August 8, 2026, Marion, OH. The top team will have 5 selections, then runner-up will have 4, 3rd place will have 3 each and the remaining teams will have 2 player nominations. NOTE: YOUR SPOT IS THE EVENT IS NOT SECURE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. ALL PAYMENTS ARE LISTED PRICE-NO DISCOUNTS FOR VENMO OR CHECK. ENTRY FEE DEADLINE IS 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. AT THE 21 DAY MARK, TEAMS WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE EVENT.Ways to pay for your entry fee into DES/Ohio USSSA FP Events:- Pay with a credit card thru the USSSA website under your manager profile.
