2025 Fall Lightning Strikes Event Info:

Sunday only event for 8u-CP, 10u,12u,14u, High School (16/18u) teams. Format is 2 pool games seeding into single-elim bracket play

Awards: Champion and runner-up will pick up to 12 USSSA Rings along with a team award for each team. If we get 12 teams in a division, then there will be 3rd place medals for both of those teams along with a team award.

Additional Info: This event is also a USSSA National Championship qualifier for the top two finishing teams with an unpaid berth to a USSSA National Championship of their choice. Points Race Info: This event earns team points in our Points Race-for-the-Rings program. This program is a state, regional, and national program that uses the USSSA point system to determine the winners of these custom rings. Ohio All-State Games: Teams also get to nominate players for our All-State Games August 8, 2026, TBA. The top team will have 5 selections, then runner-up will have 4, 3rd place will have 3 each and the remaining teams will have 2 player nominations. Entry is $375 if paid with Venmo or $394 on the USSSA system. 8u is $200 with Venmo or $210 on the USSSA system. Venmo to send payment is @Lightning-Softball-1.

**NEW in 2025** – Sign up an older team (14-16-18u) and bring a younger team (8u or 10u) and get a $25 discount for both teams if registered by 9/15/25.

$100 team amount if prepaid by Oct 1 via Venmo. $150 if paid after 10/1. Can be paid day of event with cash, check, or Venmo.
